THREE GERMAN RADAR BUNKERS ON NORMANDY CLIFFS This first huge structure you can see here is a stand built for a Gustav Mammut radar - one of the biggest radar systems of WW2. The radar was planned to be fixed to the three giant plinths with cables running into the bunker below where the data would be captured and processed.
