The GOES-West satellite captured this visible RGB and water vapor imagery of Hurricane Frank in the eastern North Pacific Ocean on July 26, 2016. When we last posted about Frank approximately 24 hours ago, it was still a tropical storm, with maximum sustained winds of 65 miles per hour. Since then, Frank has been upgraded to a hurricane with maximum sustained winds of 75 miles per hour (120 kilometers an hour) with higher gusts.
