When I first entered Juvante in Colombia, I was thanked for my service, got handed a free cup of coffee and met with a doctor who wanted to work with me on my health goals. Then I got physical therapy, a massage and my teeth cleaned at no cost to me. It literally feels like an alternate reality getting better healthcare abroad. The only VA outside the US is in Manila.
