I took a junked @yamahaboating waverunner and converted it into a center console fishing boat. It has the jet ski handle bar controls on a small center console, it has a swivel boat seat, and a flat top deck with EVA boat decking on it. I am going to add rod holders, trolling motors and a cooler to make it a fully functional fishing skiff. This took a lot of work and it still is not finished yet but I am really happy with the performance of it so far. I just need to add side to side stabilizatio
