As rescue teams continue their search for flood victims, a flash flood watch has been issued in the Texas Hill Country, making an already difficult task that much harder.

"Excessive runoff may result in flash flooding of low-lying areas, rivers/creeks and low water crossings due to very saturated soil conditions," the agency said, urging folks of the motto, turn around, don't drown. "Rivers are running at above normal levels, and any excess rainfall will create quick rises, " the NWS added.
