The Emmie Nelson Public Library will present an information session July 15 for residents interested in joining a potential Euharlee Friends of the Library.

Tuesday's runoff will feature one polling place in Bartow — Cartersville Civic Center at 435 W. Main St. — for all of the county's eligible voters.
