Las Vegas Raiders star Maxx Crosby praises Dallas Mavericks rookie Cooper Flagg at NBA Summer League, saying team landed a special talent.

While Flagg looked good with the ball in his hands, he looked better playing off it, and that will be more of his role in Dallas where D’Angelo Russell in the short term and Kyrie Irving long term (once healthy), not to mention Anthony Davis, will facilitate the offense most of the time.

With that in mind, the legendary Shaquille O'Neal spoke out and weighed in on Flagg and his future with the Mavericks. As shared by Alyssa Cooper of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, O'Neal is a big fan of Flagg landing in Dallas.

Cooper Flagg has already wrapped up his initial debut with the Dallas Mavericks, playing in the first two NBA Summer League games, but he's been pulled for the remainder of the event. His first game was slow, finishing with just 10 points on 5/21 shooting against the Los Angeles Lakers.
