The Bengals presumably want more bodies on the interior of the defensive line after BJ Hill showed up in a walking boot to spring workouts. They still have high hopes for the Kris Jenkins Jr.-McKinnley Jackson tandem and signed T.J. Slaton in free agency, but more players to soak up snaps is a smart move.

The Bengals have major questions on the defensive line from players in the position group who may not be on the field when training camp starts.

To put that number in perspective, there are only 33 players from the ENTIRE draft who are still unsigned and 30 of them are from the same round. That also means there are 33 players who could potentially join Harris and hold out during training camp.
