A baby was found safe after being left inside a towed vehicle in Minneapolis on Friday, police said. No arrests were made.

A 40-year-old man died after being hit by a pickup truck on Garners Ferry Road near Colonial Villa Drive in Columbia. Police say the driver stayed on the scene.
