Retired Constitutional Court Justice Johann Kriegler has weighed in on the commission of inquiry announced by President Cyril Ramaphosa to investigate allegations against Police Minister Senzo Mchunu.

This followed the DA's statement on Tuesday that Jonas had been refused a visa to the US by the Donald Trump administration.
