Office problems on Windows 10? Microsoft’s response will soon be “upgrade to 11.”
Every version of Office/Microsoft 365 will stop getting new feature updates on Windows 10 between August of 2026 and January of 2027. Supported versions of Microsoft Office and the Microsoft 365 apps will be eligible for security-only fixes on Windows 10 through the end of 2028, but with limited support for issues specific to Windows 10.
