GOP Vice President JD Vance is firing back after a taunt from California Gov. Gavin Newsom over the weekend. Vance and family members were visiting the Disneyland theme park in Southern California when Newsom pounced. “Hope you enjoy your family time, @JDVance,” Democrat Newsom wrote on X. “The families you’re tearing apart certainly won’t.”

Vice President JD Vance was spotted strolling around Tom Sawyer Island in California. Footage captures the high-ranking political figure and his wife, Usha, enjoying some rare downtime at Disneyland Park on July 12.

JD Vance is in Orange County this weekend, according to the OC Republican Party chair, for a nonpolitical visit with his family.

Vice President Vance will travel to Pennsylvania next week to tout the benefits of the massive reconciliation package signed into law last week by President Trump. Vance will visit West Pittston,
