Super Micro Computer stock surges after the server maker submits a plan to allow it to continue to trade on the Nasdaq, while investors are looking to Nvidia’s earnings to serve as the next big catalyst.

Nvidia stock falls ahead of the AI chip maker’s quarterly earnings later this week, while Super Micro Computer is expected Monday to submit a plan to allow it to continue to trade on the Nasdaq.

With no SEC filings, Super Micro Computer is now at risk of getting delisted from the Nasdaq exchange. The company has 180 days to file its annual report past the due date once it formulates a plan with the Nasdaq regulators. If it doesn't, the stock will get dropped from the exchange.

Super Micro Computer stock (NASDAQ: SMCI) fell by about 6% in Tuesday’s trading and remains down 54% over the past month amid significant corporate governance concerns and questions about the company’s financial reporting.
