Futures on Wall Street reversed early losses and are trading with gains, particularly those on the Nasdaq. Futures on the Dow Jones and the S&P 500 are currently above the flat line, having recovered losses of close to 70 points in early trading.

Stock futures are higher Tuesday morning as investors await highly anticipated inflation numbers that are expected to show how tariffs are working their way through the economy.

Before the open, investors will parse June inflation data to look for signs President Donald Trump's tariffs are fueling higher prices for consumers.
