Marc Marquez took his fourth consecutive grand prix win and his ninth MotoGP victory at the Sachsenring as he dominated the German Grand Prix. The factory Ducati rider was unchallenged as he led the full distance from pole position.

HOHENSTEIN-ERNSTTHAL, Germany (Reuters) -Marc Marquez proved once again why he is known as the 'King of Sachsenring' when the Ducati rider marked his 200th MotoGP start by winning the German Grand Prix on Sunday in a race that became a test of survival after only 10 riders finished.

In what ultimately proved to be a race of survival for most of the MotoGP grid, Marc Marquez established his dominance by taking victories in both the Sprint and main races at one of his strongest tracks - the Sachsenring in Germany.
