The U.S. Department of Justice is preparing to ask a judge to consider pushing Alphabet’s Google to divest its Chrome browser, according to reports Tuesday, as the Biden administration’s top antitrust officials makes a last push to crack down on the tech industry before leaving office.

Google had earlier warned that breaking off Android or Chrome from it would affect multiple people and businesses.
