The Cowboys are no strangers to Oxnard. The team has held 19 training camps in Southern California since 2001. Don’t expect the Cowboys to hold camp elsewhere anytime soon. The Cowboys and the City of Oxnard recently agreed to a five-year extension to keep training camp in the city through 2030.

Since then, we have seen the Cowboys turn to Brian Schottenheimer as a head coach and many Cowboys fans have been pleasantly surprised about his early work as head coach. The Cowboys also made an effort in free agency, made some trades that included the big one for George Pickens, and they had a pretty good draft.

Training camp is less than a week away, and five position battles are starting to come into focus for the Dallas Cowboys.
