According to the EU’s powerful antitrust watchdog, Gucci, Chloé and Loewe fixed resale prices, limiting third-party retailers’ ability to set their own prices, both online and offline. This practice began in 2015 for Gucci and Loewe, and in 2019 for Chloé. The three companies did so independently of one another, the regulator said.
