Chelsea are locked in negotiations with Arsenal over the sale of England international Noni Madueke, just two years on from the winger’s arrival at Stamford Bridge. Arsenal are understood to have tabled a bid of £50m including add-ons for the 23-year-old as Mikel Arteta seeks to bolster his Gunners squad ahead of the new season,

Parma are understood to have made initial enquiries over the potential signing of Arsenal attacking midfielder Fabio Vieira. The 25-year-old Portugal international recently returned to north London following a season-long loan at Porto. Vieira joined the Gunners in June 2020 in a deal worth up to £34.2million including add-ons.

Arsenal are expected to make a direct approach for Noni Madueke shortly after agreeing personal terms with the Chelsea forward.
