The Trump administration plans to implement 25% tariffs on aluminum and steel. The craft beer industry could be hit particularly hard by the tariffs.

President Donald Trump on Monday imposed a 25% tariff on all steel and aluminum imports into the United States with no exceptions or exemptions.

Earlier this month, President Trump signed an executive order on steel tariffs. Under the new order, the U.S. would “close existing loopholes and exceptions” to store a 25% tariff on steel imports, and increase the tariff on aluminum imports to 25% as well.
