"Our pool had a horrible algae bloom due to our pump crapping out. Once we got a new pump, we had gone to Leslie's for help to treat the problem. We went multiple times within a months period and each time a different employee would tell me different things, contradicting what the previous instructions were. The last time we went, the employee told us to put a chemical in that just TOTALLY ruined our water, making it so cloudy it looked like milk. We had our daughters birthday party at the end of the summer so we hoped the problem would be cleared. Ultimately the only way we could fix our pool was to drain it completely and start over. We got help from a friend who was WAY more knowledgeable then the employees at Leslie's and he helped us get our pool back up and running. I will never go back to Leslie's again."

"Worst customer service ever! My hot tub was working, but leaking and making a terrible noise. Paid them to come out and diagnose the problem, they said I needed a new motor. When they replaced the motor, they broke one the connections but said I would have to pay again for them to fix it. Then left before filling the tub to see if it was working; and it was not! I emailed the owner, Michelle Pruitt, with my concerns, she ignored me and did not even respond."
